Monique Belair, President, began her fire service career in 1986 with the Canadian Armed Forces and went on to serve in leadership roles including Deputy Fire Chief in St. Catharines and Oakville and Fire Chief in Belleville and Kingston. In 2019, she founded Camp Molly, empowering young women aged 15–18 to explore careers in fire services. Now a Senior Advisor with IFNA, Monique continues to advocate for women in fire services and mentor youth in her community.
