Director of Facilities and Community Services & Economic Development, Bind River

Passionate about Algoma, Karen’s focus has been on building community-use infrastructure, relationships, emergency planning resiliency efforts, and working closely with neighbouring communities.  Karen has worked for The Town of Blind River for over 8 years, and is a part of many committees, working groups, and Boards.  She brings a rural Northern Ontario voice, and is especially proud of her strong relationship with Mississauga First Nation.
